Here is a lill something on Vanessa’s episode on Made TV and my interaction with her as a coach.

Vanessa is a fantastic athlete ;soccer and ice hockey are her favorite sports.She started young and she moves like a leopard in the field,: Accuracy, speed, technique and  she is very competitive.

She decided to pursue a dream : Becoming a ballerina in 5 weeks while the TV crew of Made TV of MTV will follow her every step/stumble/doubt/fear and rising!

Once Vanessa shared her desire to be a ballerina: We went to work! ( 5 am in the pool to work on fluidity, thousands of tendus and plies, classical partnering session with a male dancer,appropriate diet,getting used to wear tight clothes,stretching those muscles who are used to kick a ball, going beyond her physical and emotional limitations,getting used to express her feelings through the movement, really listening to music and share her heart to name a few)

Not all of it was cream and peaches; her desire to succeed was what allow us to rise during the occasions where doubt stepped in and or the fear to fail.

Vanessa reminded me of an invaluable lesson: IT TAKES COURAGE and ABSOLUTE COMMITMENT TO MAKE YOUR DREAM COME TRUE .
